Luxury Realty International is now Park & Palm
The same firm, the same people, the same standard. A name that says where we work.
Luxury Realty International now practices as Park & Palm. The State of New York accepted the change to our company’s name on September 18, 2026, and this site, our correspondence and our agreements carry the new name. Nothing else about the firm has changed, and every engagement written under the former name continues exactly as it was written.
Why this name
A name should feel the way the work feels, so we chose two words that describe a life rather than a firm. Park is the avenue, and the city that grew up around it: the doorman who knows your name, the light across the reservoir in October, the apartment you walked into and simply knew. Palm is the other life: the coast, the long lunch, the house where the whole family finally gathers under one roof. Most of the people we represent live somewhere between the two, and the moving between them, the finding and the keeping, is the work we do. Park & Palm is the two places a life is lived.
The ampersand is us.
What does not change
The people. Anthony Clemenza remains Broker of Record, and the advisors you work with remain your advisors. Our New York license number, 10991236616, stays the same. Your agreements, your account, your saved properties and your alerts all carry over without a step on your part. If you are in the middle of a transaction with us, nothing is required of you; where a document must be reissued under the new name, we will bring it to you and explain it.
What changed
The name on the door, and everything that carries it. Our web address is parkpalm.com, and the former address forwards here, page for page, and will for years. Our email addresses moved with it, and the former ones still reach us. Documents issued before the change remain valid exactly as written.
