- Three bids for the work, so you can compare price and approach side by side.

- The order of the work and when each part would need to start for the residence to be ready.
Vendors
Vendors bill you directly, at their own price. Park & Palm takes no markup and no referral fee from any vendor.
Not included
The plan does not include staging or construction.
